- Does it cost anything to submit an RFQ?
- No. Submitting a project and receiving quotes is free for buyers. There is no obligation to accept any quote.
- Do I need an account first?
- No. Start with your description and files, then provide contact details at submission. Creating an account afterwards is optional and only exists so you can track the project.
- What happens to my drawings?
- Files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and are readable only by you and our review team. They are shared with a supplier when the project is packaged for pricing.
- Will the system guess at quantities it cannot read?
- No. Anything not stated in your documents is recorded as unknown and surfaced as a clarifying question. Invented quantities and grades would produce quotes nobody can honor.
- How fast will I get quotes?
- It depends on the package, the shapes involved and current mill and service center lead times. We do not publish a fixed turnaround we cannot guarantee for every project.
