About
Steel procurement, rebuilt around the project.
QuoteMySteel exists because finding steel suppliers still runs on scattered email threads, re-sent drawing sets and quotes that never line up. The material is standardized. The buying process is not.
A platform, run by people who know the material.
The front end is automated: upload a package, get it read, structured and routed. Behind it, experienced people review every project before it reaches a supplier. That combination is deliberate — software is good at organizing a bill of material, and it is not good at knowing which mill can actually hit your schedule.
As volume grows, more of the manual work becomes automatic. What will not change is the standard: no invented quantities, no invented grades, and no supplier described as qualified until they have been reviewed.
The buyer does the work once
One description, one upload. We take it from there instead of asking you to repeat yourself for every supplier.
Nothing gets invented
Our extraction records what your documents actually say. Anything missing is labeled unknown and raised as a question — never filled in with an assumption.
Suppliers stay suppliers
We organize demand and present it clearly. Pricing, capability and commitments still come from the companies that make and sell the steel.
Comparison without spin
Quotes are shown side by side with the same fields. We label what the data objectively supports and let you decide what best means for your project.
Steel first.
The platform is built to handle other procurement categories over time. Today only one is live, and we will not list a category as a service before qualified partners are available.
